Yes there is a bit of a rivalry between flinders and portland it seems. Flinders were way to good for us on Saturday they were 4 to 5 goals up all game. Number 40 standout player on ground ended up kicking 6 on our oval which was in terrible condition so that was a good effort.. and in the ruck they dominates as well. Are portland fully fit or still injuries?

Anyone from Modbury (or TTG) still on these forums? How did Petaringa hold up after so much footy being played on it after so much rain last week?
Inaccurate goal kicking from Portland against Eastern Park, did you leave the roof open Piccachu? That could have been an absolute thumping if you hadve kicked straight.

Lutz, Perti was in pretty good nick considering the traffic on it. The centre square is a bog and the rest of the oval is pretty sloppy but not as bad as I was expecting.

Kicking was terrible, we were up by 70 odds points and if we kicked straight it could have been well over 100 points by that time, 5 goals 12 in the 3rd quarter was no good, at 3 quarter time we decided to try some different things and as the game was out of reach the foot was lifted off the pedal, it was a bit dissapointing how we finished the game, but finally finished a game injury free,

I dare say there would be some red faces at the tribunal last night, it seems neither the club responsible or the umpires who reported a Portland player for a so called sling tackle never bothered to show up, and they have put the hearing off until further notice?????? Amature League it certainly is!

I hope it is dismissed as it was an absolute joke the lad was reported in the first place.
I heard Sharpe asked the tribunal to see the video evidence as to why he's been reported & was told its irrelevant.
Sharpe showed up at the tribunal with nothing to hide only to have his time wasted by the NO SHOW of Adel Uni witnesses & the umpires ( although the umps had nothing to do with it & should not of been asked to come & waste their time as they thought the tackle was worthy of a free kick & a free kick is what Sharpe got for a good tackle ) its probably why the umpires didn't show because they probably thought it was a joke!
10 weeks its taken the League can you believe it?

Where is Jimmy to explain this debacle?

And where are the Uni poofs to complain that this thug is free to play? I'm sure they are hiding in the bushes with a camera somewhere!

Does anyone know what has happened to the big boy Dodman? I see he hasnt played for a few weeks. Surely Jake Whenan wouldn't be far off from playing A's, I know he is more than capable.

The District boys home by 13 points with the double chance all rapt up. Buzz kicked 7 and little Toasty 6. Thats 7 wins on the trot now for the lads and look out come GF day. Only to play Modbury next week to make it 8 in a row.
Toot Toot - the Districts train is here. So get your tickets right now for the big ride in September.
