Ricky Woodrow also heading home to Sailsbury West. Blokes had some injuries but was a dead set gun when fit.

I have my sources.

It was on the clearance page the other day, but I have heard he has signed a contract with Broadview.

Trying to leave a club via text probably isn't great either.

Salisbury West might have to part with some money if they have any?

Thank you to St. Pauls in Div 7 for bringing forward their homes games this week, Div 7R 11:15am & Div 7 1:15pm, and Goodwood in Div 1 for allowing us to push back the start of our Div 1 games, Div 1R 1:00pm & Div 1 3:00pm.

This will allow our 3rds and 4ths to be part of our clubs first ever game in Division 1 and annual Round 1 Ladies Day. (the biggest Ladies Day in the SAAFL :) )

This will be right up there for the biggest, if not the biggest, crowd for a SAAFL minor round game this season, probably only people from Unley and Goodwood understand why.

Thanks again to St Pauls and Goodwood for being so accommodating.

Get around it! https://www.facebook.com/events/321986451305449/

Not having seen the rest of the Comp, but having seen Westies I'd have PAOC as favourites against them (no real idea where the other clubs stand).

Having faced both now, do you still hold PAOC ahead of SW?

I see Weidenbach collected another 6 goals, will he be moving up or continue sandbagging in the reserves?

After only 3 rounds, are we seeing the top 5 basically already sorted?

Salisbury West
PAOC
Unley
Flinders Uni
Central United

That'd be a big call only 3 rounds in. While comfortable with where we are sitting and the effort the boys are putting in on the field at the moment the only win we have on the board was against North Pines and was our first A Grade win since 2013 (only had a reserves team in '13). We still have a lot more challenges ahead of us.

Having not played Payneham NU yet anyone able to say if they have blokes who should be pushing into making their Div 7 team more competitive but are happy with the chance of finals in the 7R's?

Rumours circulating Trent Peterson leaving Units to play with cricket mates.. if this is true, that's a big out for CU!

More a reflection of the lack of depth in the division, and the gap between the top sides and the rest.

St Pauls really aren't living up to the lofty standards we all expected when they entered the competition.

Bit harsh, Salisbury West and Central United have a large gulf of ability in-between their A's and B's. I wouldn't say those games are a great reflection (whereas PAOC pretty much showed where PNU are in both grades).

I heard his already calling himself the big show......

Not sure if he knows he'll be playing back pocket yet.

Peterson is struggling to hold his reputation let alone his spot in the a grade, hasnt been considered for the last 2 games, no loss

OUCH! Sound a little bitter there.. this is a bloke who was one of your best and most consistent A grade forwards last year.. now he's a waste of space?

Better hope you can hold onto Bain then or your forward line looks very weak..

Fair enough, be interesting to see how both parties go after this split..

Flinders win after trailing for most of the last half. Two late goals did the trick.

Seems a tad odd North Pines went in with 18 in the A Grade but 25 in the B Grade, particularly with only one North Pines bloke doubling up?

I don't think anyone finds it odd that they are sandbagging D7R
