By my count 3 of the 5 teams in D5 are on amended affiliation? Potentially bigger concerns than the ladder!

Don't get the lack of love for Woody South in predictions, in the last 4 years the promoted clubs from division 6 have been all around the mark of top 4 & usually better.

Personally I would have them behind the WOS, BOS and CLG of the previous years gone by.. But, would not have them bottom in my predictions

D5 definitely looks a cracker of a division!

Rosewater, Glenunga and Greenaces look the only real weak links at this point in time. Can't see much separating the rest.

Wouldn't write off glenunga. I heard a rumour a current league sanfl player was on the track last night with the intention of signing. May get abit messy as I believe is contracted at his sanfl club

Weak link, interesting. Happy to have that as our signboard. Time will tell but weak link, nah not really. Two out of three i wouldn't agree with. Not sure where Greenacres are at as a lot of noise about players leaving etc. Hopefully they can keep going. Good club and i am dead set looking forward to hitting their canteen again next year.

glenunga look like being the next kilburn, sailsbury west scenario,4-5 very expensive ex sanfl players in for 1 year, then andrew mitchells money runs out, players leave, back to div 7 again.

It's all guess work until the games start, but Rosewater were mid-table last year before the dramas, and with talk some of their A graders are on the move, I figure they'd need to recruit well and improve a bit more to challenge the sides above.

Forgot about Glenunga's recruits, so maybe it'll be an even tighter division than I first thought. Still think Greenacres look the battler in this Div, although i heard a whisper Nathan Wright might be on his way back and bringing some friends..

Watched Kenilworth train last night as I weighed up what to do this year. Looked good in there blue tank tops and the new coach seemed to be taking control. Had about 30 on the track. Not huge numbers but looked good. Were doing a fair amount of running

When you play on the second biggest oval in the state there is plenty of running :)

Greenacres are a waste of space, have been for years.
All credit to their committee etc for keeping the club alive.
No pokie income, no club.

Don't know the exact sum for next season but that's close based on past seasons.

I see that Kenilworth area advertising for a B grade coach, I thought they had already appointed one for the year.

Waste of space.... That's a bit over the top.

Obviously never played at Christies Beach, Encounter Bay or the Ponderosa (Centrals) ... to name a few ..... also St Marys Park was considered to small to play League footy on .....
