just a quick mention on the u17 player count.Deno Collins very embaressed, forgot to count interchange players after 3/4 time.very apoligetic to souths and there was absoultly no malice intended. Very dissapointed in skinny akehursts effort as runner he has been around long enough now to know at no stage are runners to manhandle players or get involved infights.hope the league makes an example of him.

RIP Daniel 'Brucey' Lee. Mail medalist for Rudall, EP wicketkeeper and bloody good bloke. Too young at 22.

I didnt see Peachy near him. He is not a tagger and did not deserve second best as Parker cut us up all day.
I often wonder how a player can get best for his side and a tageer gets in the best players for the other side

didnt cougars have a competative reserves and juniors though during their tough period? It seems Eyre United are in real trouble right across the board and the future looks bleak.

The eagles deserved the win against us as we did not turn up to play. A couple of the guys were hungover before the match and the complacentcy spread through the side.
We missed our 2 regular ruckman in Mason and Cunningham. MJ pulled out also which didnt help and Benny was over with the Magpies.

How did you all find the visiting umpires this weekend in both leagues? From what I saw they did a good job

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

CU you make a good point about the port lincoln side.

This is the side I would pick from the games I have seen

Dunn, P Dudley, Semmler
M Parker, Cimarosti, Kelsh
Hunt, Keatley, J Burgoyne
Scott, Jericho, H Parker,
M Burgoyne, K Miller, McKinlay

Cragg Sapsford, H Miller, White

Int: Kay, Hull, Seaman, Campbell

Would you posters have anything different?

CU when the lincoln south runner is involved in a full on punch up and the free kick goes against tasmans im thinking perhaps pappys not bad.when its takes some sensible heads at half time to sort the issue out,i would be happy to see them stay where they where.

I thought we would come out after half time and run away with the game but it was the other way round. The delivery into me was awful and my inaccurate kicking did cost us.
Carl was peed off at our turnovers and non commitment to certain contests and he did let us know after the game.
I was dissapointed at the turnout at the players auction. We lose a game and the supporters dont show. what did you think of the turnout sonya belly and the money raised was minimal.
Cima gave Jericho a towelling as I predicted.

In the long run there is a big difference!

Just quickly, im not one to bag umpires, but Waybacks/Peckers game was horrible. Worst iv seen in a very very long time.

I was not at the ground but can anyone confirm if two people with that name played? and if so which one would have received the votes. CU: There is only one person (barring the umps) who would have seen the votes, and you aren't him. Give it up.

Port Lincoln selection is hotting up with big divide between the selectors in who should ruck and also the key positions. Don't forget if you want a fix of local footy the juniors City v Districts will play on Saturday at centenary oval and we have made it free admission. I will let marble park tell you more about it as that is his area.Stuff that, I'm flying to KI to watch no Boston players representing PL...
