Just one thing I was over hearing Saturday from a lot of other team supporter's was the big improvement of Hamleys junior colts and how they have all of a sudden improved near the end of the year, cant see what the problem is and good on them for making the big day unless I am missing something!!

I understand a few have been added mid season, although I don't have a problem with this.

If all done above board, whats their beef, good to see a side that has struggled for many years make a grand final

Is this their first under 14 GF appearance since 2001?

A bit late to the party I know, but very interesting to see Birchmore/R.Montgomery for Mallala and Beard/Thomas for United the only ones in the squad for the Producer's TOTY not to poll a vote at the medal count.. Birchmore probably has fair reason not to have polled a vote, playing his role for the team more so than running off etc. not sure sure about the other 3 however

Not a lot provided by the clubs on sporting pulse, both listing 24 players. I guess a few are subject to how they pull up from fitness testing etc, although I'd think Hamley are fairly settled.

The Producer hasn't run a team of the year. The Informer has. Although this was to be a suggested side from the Informer, and we were going to work at it.

Agree with this. A perfect day looming for TW as host (I can't recall if they've done this before in APFL). I hope that the 'supporting groups' behave and respect the day for what it is meant to be.
Good luck to all the players, umpires and officials.
