They played in a final back in 2010, not sure it was too get into the big dance though.
Gums seem to be up and about of late and im sure will take alot of confidence into next weekends game after beating ironbank.
Should be a decent contest.

Yeah, looked that one up, was a first semi. Think they played a first semi couple years ago too.
In 97 Gum were a kick off playing in the GF against the Brookers

Are they playing on Mount Pleasant again? Didn't know that.
Guneracha got up by 2 points in the A'sB&F wrote:Interesting results on the weekend with both lower placed teams getting the win over (questionably favoured teams)
This weeks is interesting again:
Kersbrook Vs Gumeracha - At Kangarilla. It will be a solid contest in the Middle all day. On Gums, I thought did not have much down forward and would not have enough scoring power against Ironbank however was wrong on that one. Kersbrook seems to be completely balanced right across the field and going in will have the better team on paper. But Gums take in the confidence of the weekends win and would be within their right to feel they can go stright into the Grand Final this weekend. Could be an upset or will Kersbrook stamp their authority on the comp again....if gums get a start again could be a close one however Kersbrook is my tip.
Ironbank Vs Macclesfield - At Mt Pleasant. Ironbank will know they wasted opporutnities against Gums and will bounce back. Maccy have performed well and should be happy with their win against Bridgewater and it took all they had, however cannot see them doing this against Ironbank up at Mt Pleasant this weekend and expect Ironbank to get up by about 10 goals.
B Grade???
Kersbrook Vs Bridgewater - Kesbrook to go As & Bs stright through
Ironbank Vs - Birdwood - Ironbank to get up on the big oval.

Could be a first Albeit meetings in the major round would have been rare since KFC joined the HFL in 71.

No probz, I work with a past player from Kersbrook who's brother still plays, he said this morning it was 25 years ago, I had no real knowledge.
I thought Gummy's would've been up and about a bit when Ashby and Quinno were running amok out there.
