In all seriousness will be interesting to see what the NEFL do now, there is a couple of options on the table.

1. Cancel games, just call them all a draw.
2. Bye is scheduled for next week, potentially swap it around and have bye this week games next week. Could upset some teams though who may miss players next week on what was meant to be a bye weekend.

NEFL have announced games scheduled for this weekend have been cancelled and will be played next Saturday 31 July which was meant to be a bye weekend.

They have acknowledged that restrictions still might not allow for games to be played that weekend but that is the plan based on the current information.

Seems a real common sense decision to have been made straight away.

NEFL have added an extra week onto the season and tacked this weeks game to the now last round.

Seems a pretty good common sense decision, that way clubs only need to reshuffle one game rather than have all the games moved back and impacted. Everyone will play everyone twice so no fairness issues there.

Good outcome by the league.

4. RSMU 16pts

5. North Clare 12pts
6. Blyth/Snowtown 4pts
7. B.B.H 4pts
8. South Clare 0pts

B GRADE
1. South Saints 20pts
2. Min Man 20pts
3. BSR 16pts
4. B.B.H 10pts

5. Blyth/Snowtown 10pts
6. North Clare 8pts
7. RSMU 4pts
8. South Clare 0pts

In the A Grade the top 4 is set. Interesting the last round of the year sees the top 4 playing one another to decided the minor round placings.

With it being such an even top4 those 2 double chances are going to be invaluable, all 4 sides can reach the double chance if results go there way.

As it stands:

BSR- Can finish anywhere from 1st-3rd
Saints- Can finish anywhere from 1st - 4th
RSMU- Can finish anywhere from 1st -4th
Min Man- Can finish anywhere from 2nd - 4th

Really important games to win as the association have said that if we get COVIDED again the GF is still the same week
important to finish top which would give the best outcome if the season suddenly became disrupted

Saints by 3 goals this week which will mean they will finish top by half a game

Saints
BSR
RSMU
Min Man

Should be a cracker. Sadly I cant stay to watch the A Grade tomorrow, lets hope this game has a little less drama than the previous meeting and we get a winner either way

A couple of cracking games at Eudunda on Saturday. (I didn't get to see the A Grade but the score looked like it was a cracker)

The Saints are going to be very tough to beat on their home deck come GF day if they make. Whilst a very very strong side there was enough signs from a BSR point of view in both grades to suggest they are beatable if everything goes right and we play to our absolute best.

Going to be an epic finals series and great for the neutrals. Bloody looking forward to it, the weather on Saturday was a taste of whats to come.

BTW the set up at Eudunda looks great. Going to be a great spot come GF day.

Was a very competitive game with both teams fairly evenly matched, not sure of injuries to BSR, Saints had Matt Prior missing who will be handed in a few weeks

it will be great GF day but also during cricket season , best pitch, outfield and facilities in the BLCA

Was a good game!

BSR will appreciate the break given how tough it was.

Can’t help but feel though there still isn’t a lot between the two sides
