Has any one thought after such a strong year Mt Lofty might not want to go up?

No chance. Been quite clear from the outset what Lofty's goal has been. Get in and win the GF and get back up

does anyone think Nairne can cause an upset this week? I don't think they can Mt Lofty will be fresh after having a light finals run while Nairne have had to battle hard through and might be a little tired. If Mt Lofty can jump them at the start which I think it will it might be a blow out im tipping Mt Lofty by 15 goals.

Absolutely no chance of a upset. I think Lofty have left there best till last and will thrash Nairne this weekend... good luck to them I say.

The game will be on ABC radio tomorrow. Friar Tuck's influence probably.

Some of these other clubs can complain that Maccy has the Grand Final but until you improve your own facilities, you will never get a grand final

Pretty impressive day for the devils culminating in a 40 point win to the A's.
Don't think the score line reflects the game with Nairne in it right up to 3 quarter time.
Thought Scott wood played a great game and was deserving of the best on ground award.

Well done to the Devils, a four-flag day. Mission accomplished.

Yep, Good call.

But Nairne must be wondering how the final qtr would of played out if Parry(?) had kicked that goal from the top of the square late in the 3rd, or the goal on the 3 qtr time siren was allowed...

Congrats to Mt Lofty, but they have some work to do over the summer for Central div. As we saw today, bombing long to the forwards only works when you dominate the inside 50's.

Also, I thought the 891 call was simply brilliant. Their ability to recall every players names instantly was incredible. I look forward to their Central div call next week!

Yeah, always enjoy 891's country GF calls regardless of where they are from. True professionals. The buffoons on commercial radio could learn a thing or two from them.

So with Hahndorf winning the under 15's , not a single country club won a premiership

Would not have thought Meadows would be thrilled given Hahndorf played 4 kids in their 16 country GF from their Central team. Now they are all playing for the 15 Central side, look at these boys and they are not lesser lights either.Very interesting yet again HFL!

^ that's pretty ordinary, particularly if 4 kids who had been regulars in this country team got dropped for the GF to make way..... poor form!

Simple way to fix this . No central club's junior teams in country.

SO BE IT !!!! AT LEAST A COUNTRY TEAM CAN WIN A PREMIERSHIP , HAHNDORF DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A TEAM IN COUNTRY
THEY KNEW WHAT THAT WERE DOING WAS MORALLY WRONG BUT STILL WENT AHEAD AND DID IT ANYWAY,
IN FACT PLANNED IT THAT WAY WEEKS OUT FROM THE FINALS, SO STUFF THEM .
HAHNDORF NEED TO PAY A PRICE FOR THERE ACTIONS
THERE EXCESS PLAYERS IN JUNIOR GRADES WILL NOW HAVE TO GO AND PLAY AT NEARBY CLUBS
WHICH WOULD BE WELCOMED BY THOSE CLUBS ANYWAY !
