agree with AG, MR should worry about their own juniors. Instead of everyone elses, Its not only them tho , most clubs do it.
Be yinteresting how our new coach goes this ear, a lot of players say he doesnt suit our style or image... we'll have too see who rocks up at training again. probably only Kotzy, Beau and Walllace as usual.

I take my hat off to marble range, whilst every other team in lincoln offers money- they offer a good social life and the recruits flock out there. surely their recruitment team is wasted in the PLFL.

The other clubs should take a leaf out of your book, while you guys look after players and their families the others throw a cheque book at them and want premierships... only family club in PL.

Mine would be seeing Jungles and Kym Wakefield going toe to toe at Full back in 1985 at Centenary.

So let me get this right, Marble Range are such a great family club that people just flock to them and they don't need to pay players, WTF!!! EVERY club in Lincoln pays or has paid players and will continue to do so. Some clubs can afford more than others and they usually get the better players..


I know Tassies paid Nuggett Miller $100 a game back in 1992 ( paid by a supporter ) coz he was an apprentice sparky and had better job/footy offers elsewhere. We won the flag and Nugget won the Mail Medal.. pretty good investment I say..

As I said previously, we have recruited 3 players this year (hardly a flock, pardon the pun). All three are working for Marble Range supporters or connections. Work is the best tool for recruiting, perhaps a few more clubs out there need to learn that.
