O and R Love will not be in Bays colours in 09 regardless.

Any word on the Rigney's playing at Victor Harbour?

Langhorne looking good on paper!

Who is the 09 dark horse - cuzzy don't say the Bays - you blokes are apparently in a spot of bother with some of your incomings... 8)

all this hype about players leaving and going, reckon i will wait to see the clearance form before i believe owen love isnt playing at the bays this year, but however i could be wrong as i said about the creek boys, you wouldnt tell people if you were shopping around. I am pretty sure ray (his brother) isnt playing but not sure if he is playing anywhere this year!

Hes comin back to Adelaide Deemu? He headed back to the land of the Larks or the Sharks? Cant imagine he would return to the demons.

A discussion re the Points system.
I believe that there was discussion to improve the system and perhaps do some work to put a State wide point system in place.

Currently each league has their own system and allocate points differently
eg for the GSFL Category one leagues and 3 point players are from
HFL
GSFL
SFL
RMFL
Div 3 and Above SAAFL
SANFL reserves.

All other Country leagues in SA are Category 2.and accrue 2 points

However the Adelaide Plains League may determine thet the Barossa and Mid North League may be Category one Leagues due to their proximity

The SFL may say that the GSFL is Category 2 and therefore 2 pt players and as such The GSFL teams Willunga, Myponga and McLaren who are close to Aldinga, Pt Noarlunga, and Noarlunga may have their players targetted by such teams

Could we arrange an IPL style auction and let the clubs bid for his services?... or is that unofficially happening anyway?
