Spot on.
Is Forest signing up there too???

Saw a few Goolwa boys last night, Ewer deal is almost done. Mind you, those lads were in good spirits after a boxing session followed by a 3km run. Shane Fox looking as pumped as i've ever seen him to play out a solid year of footy & Leigh Hirst looking very fit. A few solid signings and they'll be around the mark and very competitive next year.

In fairness grape ape, most of this talk is coming from 1 or 2 people outside of the club who have several user names. The likes of myself and few others from Goolwa certainly aren't "talking it up". Coming from 10th, with only 4 players to be added to a squad that has lost a few certainly doesn't = a top 5 position. I would think our goal would be to turn the 6 losses by under 20 points in to wins and go from there.

Fair enough LF, but now that you're the Maggies again I'll be looking for any excuse to have a crack ;)

Didnt u see me in the sunday mail? Got it all in there. Didnt mean to upset u loves footy, but u look back on the past five years when ya bought heaps of players and even then only just made the five. Heard Simon Feast is going to play a handful of games for the creeks.

Yeah fair call Mr Percival, but no success in the last 5 years means we are not alone. 9 other clubs in the same boat and the money we have spent in the last 10 years wouldn't average out to be much more or less than anyone else. Is it fair to say that Feast might be a risk, being a 4 point player thats only available for 8 games? You either drop a 'points' player when he plays or you play ten games not utilisng maximum points. Interesting scenario

im not allowed to quote your name mate but as i said on another thread you were the same bloke all for the merger and once it took place headed down the hill to willunga maybe you should have put in a bit yourself as sour grapes is not good when you had F All interest,if it did have the support of 2 towns there would have not been an issue for them to return to the magpies,(so go watch the Simpsons or somthin like that)

Moore and Sherwood have signed at the Creek with the possibility of Feasty signing on (can play 8-9 regular games + all finals). Nick Warren to fly back each week to have a kick at the creek? Limb is my mail correct??
