All zero point players, which speaks volumes of their junior set-up and makes up for the losses of Fergusson and Dycer. Fergusson may have a re-think? Any recruiting on top of that will push the club up the ladder, without getting carried away.

Would be very handy pick-ups, if Campbell and McKinlay were back playing i would think Kilsby would come back as well, but that is not goin to happen, and if you are talking of Ken Campbell and Brett McKinlay, Ken is out with South Under 18's and Brett will back at Yulara so will miss the 09 seaon.

Add Ryan Fox to that list. Its always been the story with us though a lot of talent around town but more talk than action. Take Nathan Fry for example sitting in the office next to me.

Will Max McCardle play footy, his mind is on golf not footy maybe play a few B grade games like last year. Maybe Deane McKinlay is looking at a return but Hayden and Brett wont be back anytime soon last I heard, alot of talk about Jurek back to Goolwa could it be true??

Ryan was heard all the way from Canada at the early hours of the morning with Ryan Edwards and one other saying "Victor 09".
Nathan Fry has to play in 09, he said last year he was keen to get into some shape and have a kick in 09.

It would be a very special day in the history of Goolwa to see one Nathan Edgington-Fry gracing the field again! He has been in a very good paddock since early retirement, nothing a pre-season wouldn't fix though!

Absolutely no doubt that Ben is a very good player and has achieved much in his Football Career.
The Greatest Player....means no body better as a player
Mail medals are individual awards and having won two puts him in the top echelon
6 GsFL Flags are team awards plus the one SFL Flag means he has played with some good teams, of which he was a crucial factor
Very, very good player absolutely. Greatest probably not, but certainly right up there
Individual honours and premierships are gold but do not make a great player?
Remember the greatest player that I have seen won niether Gary Ablett
:-w :-w we just dropped the subject?

Luvayarn, so who is returning to Goolwa next year. A lot of talk of ex players suiting up. Anything official.

Luvsfooty is looking in real good shape at the moment. Could it be true that luvsfooty and chicko have discovered a new super diet and could be publishing it very soon for all to benefit from.

Dont know S.W.A.T im not in the know at Goolwa or is it the Saints still but i will tell ya that Sam J has not signed at Victor at this stage nor has Ewer, but they should worry about keeping what they have as i heard from a friend at M/V that Hodge is no definate starter.Maybe wrong?

I don't care how carried away you all get with the over rated recuit's, and how for example the roos are gonna be good next year... yeah right!!!! I just think that Willunga have struck GOLD, and you are all ****** until the senior boys retire or the young fella's from other clubs take the mantle off them. Willunga will win in '09 no dobt about it.

And WOW if you say anything to dispuite this, it just confirms how much you know about footy./.. you long haired fool!!!!!!!!!

That could buy a solid team, but we only have 12 points to play with and already have to replace local 0 point players that have left. The days of buying your way out of the bottom 5 are well and truly over. Could be a good start on the visitors changerooms perhaps, or maybe a pay rise coaches?

Just like the 80k that was given to Hackham last year?? If you beleive that garbage you are a peanut. Im sure if big money was poured into a club by an individual it would be kept dead silent and only a few would know about it......

Just stating what I got told LK. Visitor changeroom upgrade would be good, their only used 9 weeks of the year though, so many ways to spend that type of coin (hypothetically), I just hope you guys don't end up down the same path as before when mansell was coach......
