Why are Country Living Homes advertising Brad Mercer's business on there Facebook Page....

" As a multi award winning builder we strive for the BEST, and that is why we recommend Brad Mercer from Jim's Fencing for all your fencing requirements. Contact him today on 0497 593 129 "

Bloody hell call the investigation squad and dock his match fees by a whole $7

facebook advertising is peanuts compared to other clubs spending habits....

He got his Jims Fencing franchise from playing footy in the 1st place but probably before the Salary cap came in?

But anyway, is he not allowed to advertise his business? Even if he pays $1 for it, thats the value of it isnt it?

Im pretty sure the CFL said they wouldnt be investigating 3rd party payments anyway. Good luck to em, Should be more of it

Is that really true Days that the CFL aren't investigating 3rd party payments? Does that mean technically a club could pay a sponsor for say a fake $10k invoice and in turn that sponsor hands the $ to a recruit?

Im pretty sure when the BL&G stood up to the CFL that was one of the things they were able negotiate.
Dont know about that sort of arrangement, i doubt anyone would do that.
But a sponsor employing a player and that player not actually doing anything for that employer would be more like a set up clubs may use. Or the value of a netballer in country areas is sky rocketing especially if she has a talented footballer as a boy friend. All 3rd party payments they have no way of proving are actually a football payment,

My guess would be that if Country Living Homes are supporting the players business via their Facebook page, there is more to it than just a advert, but that’s just my guess….

Anyone care to name the Pasky recruit going around town sprouting off they got a $1000.00 sign on ? [-X

Turning into a boring forum to be honest, mainly because the league won’t allow the public to see the clearances website, so here is my ladder predictions based on rumour and pretty much stuff all fact.

Moonta
CMS Crows
Cougars
Kadina
Wallaroo

Southern Eagles
Paskeville
Ardrossan
Bute

Other leagues laugh at us when they hear that is kept private, from what I understand it started at a delegates meeting when some club complained about some other club have all these players coming in, so in the leagues wisdom they made it private, crazy.

On another note Brendan Papps is back…
