The core A grade group are staying from this year apart from Weetra, he is yet to comit.
We Have Picked up a few great players to fit in with the core group.
Them along side the up and coming young group we should be more competitive. Fitness let us down this year it won’t be an issue next year.
Hermy is stepping back to senior assistant because of family and work commitments. Makes it hard to make trainings. He will still be fully involved on Saturdays.

by one day I will
Angle vale with some early recruits. Not sure how they will go in this comp, but should be good for the owls if those boys can hit some form early.
Hopefully a bit more depth and they can push the comp and tighten it up a little more.

When you say "this comp" are you saying it as in its a high standard? Cause I think the 2 blokes from div 1 hills will be just fine in This comp.

I wouldn't say a high standard as some of the other country leagues. We know the top 4 in this comp could match it with most country sides but the bottom couple would have to say Div 5 to div 7.
As u want in any comp, the bottom teams pushing the top teams and therefore the standard would lift. :?

You're kidding yourself if you think United and HWE are Div 5 to 7. Both beat top four sides last year and just finished outside the four.
Div 3-5 would be fair but AV came from Div 7 and got pumped by 40 goals most weeks in their first season out.

To Angle Vale's defence, they lost probably their best half a dozen players at least moving to the APFL.

Angle Vale would be competitive in Div 7, Hamley near the bottom.

United and Hummocks mid 4's upper 5's.

It is a bit of comparing apples to oranges though, especially like how you pointed out that both teams beat the stronger sides throughout the season.
