good. no one in this competition will be able to stop him at centre half forward. Same with Ebo and Shane in the square I am looking forward to them 2 turning it on this season.

how are the other b grade sides looking? we will be strong but I would say the killer bees would be strong first game with so many numbers.

not so sure about your ebo and shane thought. Shane may get a game at pool but surely no where else. B grade will be around the mark.

Do I assume, KWF & BP, that you are "in?" Or are these closet predictions?

Good preview but couldnt look past Bostons with Austy monfries playing this week.

Waybacks by 4 goals. 1-39
Bostons by 2 goals. 1-39
Peckers by 5 goals. 1-39

Give it to round 4 and the competition will tighten up seeing margins for most games under 3 goals.

There you go OL.

KWF, just need your margins.

Another idea I had was possibly having a couple of "secret" rounds, where you could just PM your tips...

Might make it interesting if it's a tight finish... up to you guys.

I collected it last year as well.

Either drop it in to me at work, or at the footy on a saturday.

If you want to remain anonymous, you can post it (78 Liverpool Street).

If any of you do drop it in, I'm not going to run and post your ID's on here, either.

the game at tumby will be a cracker. ramblers and tumby will probably be the top 2 teams again this yr and we have a good rivalry going. we copped a few injuries on the weekend but we also have possibly daniel lockwood, ricky clark, luke shannon and ferrit curtis to come back into the team this week with david flemming and sammy read and possibly lenny lebrun, syd lawrie and yabby kemp to come back later in the year. and the inclusion of bubner (he was in our best on the weekend) will cover for the loss of butler and bates looks like he will be a good pick up for us in the ruck to give coady more time up forward. a few of our younger lads in luke wilkins, jordy lebrun, scott edmonds and tom kelly were impressive against lock.
we did win by 10 goals in the GF but the inclusions of the pedler boys, blacker, wachope, wait and mickan returning from injury makes ramblers a 10 goal better side i think. but as mighty bomber said the 2nd or 3rd time we play ramblers will prob give more indication to where both teams are at.

the K.williams who kicked 3 goals for yellana is that Kane? if so he will be a huge pick up for a team who stuggles with height

Suspended -8 weeks i think from an incident in last year's gf. I heard a rumour (I have no idea if this is true or even how the tribunal works in the GFFL) that the tumby bay person on the tribunal stepped down for Read's hearing but the Ramblers person did not. Anyone care to confirm or am I speaking garbage? :?

I heard the same thing. mighty bomber would know more.

Sam is always harshly treated at the tribunal and they done miss him when he goes there. I think they have it in for him.

WTF! Are you serious? The guy is a sniper of the highest order and if him and Spider Minhard went at it I wouldnt care if they did some serious injuries. might knock some sense into them both. 8-} 8-}

Did you see the incident OL? I didn't think there was much in it but his name and reputation got him 8 weeks. Can you other GFFL posters give us your thoughts?

I am serious and I have been serious for 55 years

I personally didn't see the incident but was told by a few tumby players that the other bloke actually initiated the contact and sam just gave it back to him. I certainly wouldn't consider that sniping - play on I say!

Fair to say eight weeks says, it all it wasnt a love tap.
I would think that one or two magpies are sad that he is unable
to participate in the forthcoming match.
