Last year, we couldn't pick any team twice in the one comp. Reckon that should be the way to go. Can see everyone picking Central this week. See I picked Central in round 1, I'd be forced to go another team if we had those rules again :)

Again something that would have been good to have been raised before the start of the comp or at the very least when we discussed it last week.

You can pick whoever you want, except you cant tip the same team 2 weeks in a row.
