I always knew 'lefties' were more courageous

Labor, Liberal, Greens, Democrats? Here's the place to discuss.

Very likely now.

Good to see Isobel becoming a seriously committed socialist 8)

She's got "Red" in her name too!

Ah yes, fish, the true believers can't hide the facts :D

It happened in the UK when the Conservatives moved left of Labour there.

I'll be interested in seeing more detail, as I've been something of a "wet" Liberal since I started to get interested in politics at all.
[Admittedly, more "wet" on some issues than others.]

I joined the Liberals, in the mid 1990s, because I thought they were more liberal in attitude, in terms of accepting of differing opinions, than Labor.
I was disappointed when they moved to the right, as the Labor party did, during the 1980s

Well, in the absence of any evidence whatsoever after repaeted invitations, it remains only to say;

"thank you linesmen, thank you ballboys" :D

Don't flog a dead horse, Psyber :D

I was reduced to just letting you tell me anything from memory even, but you still couldn't come up with anything at all.

Just admit you were stitched up, mate 8)

I awarded points to dedja only. His arguments were much more persuasive ;)

R&B thinks that if we won't play his game by his rules he wins - very interesting... :? 8)

I've stretched the rules to give you every opportunity, Psyber. :)

If you like, I'll give you another opportunity.

Without having to refer to any post I've made, but being bound by your usual honourable ethics, just give me any reasonable example, from vague memory even, of anything I've posted that shows I'm committed to socialism.

That was your original statement (which I've watered down).

Isn't this fun ;)
