One of the most useless politicians ever, just a union hack with numbers behind him but nothing else to contribute to society.

Anyone got numbers on the informal vote?

We will not compromise the SANFL competition (with AFL reserves teams)."

That number (1.2%) doesn't mean much at all due to Palmer United distorting things compared to 2010. The meaningful swing is the 2PP swing which is currently around 3.3% to Liberal (from Labor) and that is likely to increase a bit in the final tally after postal votes etc.

Scary that Bob Day is one of our representatives.
If you voted Labor or Greens above the line you only have yourself to blame for this!

On a separate issue, nothing gives me the shits more than Election Advertising- posters on stobie poles.
I would happily vote for an Independent, who would make a law stating that all election advertising material MUST be removed in the 48 hours preceding the election, and that any posters still up on election day, a $10,000 fine per poster, and maybe stripped of votes.
They're quick to get the shit up, slow to get it down.

21% of the primary vote in our electorate. Green preferences got the Labor "Minister for invisibilty" over the line after trailing the Libs by 4,000 votes in first preference votes. And the Labor man had the gaul to place the Greens last on his HTV card on "principle". Apparently his principle doesn't extend to not accepting Green preferences in return to retain his seat. Wanker.
