i have put 20kg on in one year.
Stop running.
Get an office job.
Eat.
Eat more.
Eat more again.
Weights should be all power, maxing out at 1 rep.
Adopt a general lazy attitude toward life....
The key is to eat before you go to bed.
Then the unused energy turns to fat.
Then hit up gym turn fat to muscle.
