I can confirm that these rumours are correct. He has probably the best eye in Hills Cricket, a brilliant player of both pace and spin bowling. He was approached earlier in the week but declined the offer due to work commitments. He is very busy as president and site administrator of an up and coming website - http://www.mortvillechampions.piczo.com
Get involved its very funny stuff, and apparantley it is going to be bigger than google and yahoo combined! Good Luck in the future Tom Maslin.

Hope he can teach tank to bat and make runs in the 1st dig.

Even thinking about going all the way down south to see the port/southern A grade game in a few weeks. be fun watching 1 M. Weeks bowling to tank with a new ball ;)

Tom maslin is one talented sportsman and is the complete entertainment package. I have never witnessed an opening batter shed tears of terror as tom comes charging in of his huge, but standard 3 metre run up. The consintration and determination on his face shows just how passionate he is on all aspects of the game. Once made the fatal mistake of dropping a catch off his bowling in a recent match held at Stirling East. Lets just say i wasn't walking right for a week. On a lighter note a big thanks goes out to Les Burdett for preparing a perfect deck week in and week out at the Stirling East Ground (SEG). Have heard vicious but valid rumours that it will undergo a name change to the TMCG (Tom Maslin Cricket Ground), which is a fitting testimonial to a great character and ambassador of the game. One would almost say pioneer to the game as we know it today.

Tom maslin sure is a talent but can southern districts afford him???

be interesting to see if the southern districts begin to employ his infamous reverse cut shot also would be interesting to see if the spinners begin to use his dreaded warraganda highball it has baffled many class batters!!!!

only the best bowlers can win a bowling trophy for mylor at the tender age of 17
