He got to the ground as the 8th wicket fell at 2.00 pm. and was never going to get changed into his whites and on the ground in 2 minutes. they were one short all day as well.

So, is giving him out "Timed Out" correct? I would have thought they might mark him "absent". Sounds like it wil be a long year for Port Districts....two games two outright losses.
