That'a good to hear coming from the losing side and having 2 LB's against you.

Although they have performed very well for the season so far, they still have to play arguably the 3 most successful over the past couple of years, all away and two of them are two dayers, Virginia and Westies both play the two bottom sides and Virginia meet Riverside in the last round where football trials might take preference to playing a dead rubber.
I hope I'm wrong, the Gardens have been a revelation and have struggled in Grade 1 every time they've been up there since the 90's, being a former player I'd love to see them take the flag out, it would do wonders for the comp too which had huge gaps between the top few teams and the bottom few only a few years ago.

I was gonna say something the other day, haha well played.

Get a few blokes back in form and the results will turn around.

Massive game for you guys this week, Units are very unpredictable and Woodward's in great form.
A win would go a long way to securing top spot.

Was an extremely sharp spell from Woody a fortnight ago.

Didn't help it was overcast and humid and the ball was swerving around at pace like a fish.

We then fielded on a beautiful sunny no wind 32 degree day

Thems the breaks.

I wonder how many players made themselves unavailable for the SAMCA Cup team? Being a knockout formula you would think that most would jump at the chance.

I still think the big fella is favourite, Woody has got his wickets when he's scored runs, Matty should poll in more games.

Yeah that's a fair call, Matty probably is still favourite - and woody's stats bolstered by the 100 last week.

Still handy when you can bat and ball and be heavily involved in all games.

Bit biased, but Matt Marsden for me. Been pretty consistent all season. If he isn't making runs, he is taking wickets.

I'd say he'd poll in 7 games so far.
