Wanted: Senior Cricket Coach

The Smithfield Cricket Club is seeking a senior coach (playing or non-playing) for season 2011/2012.
We are currently affiliated in Grades 1, 3 & 7 in the PDCA competition with the possibility to expand to 4 sides next season.
After being promoted to Grade 1 last season we have learnt what is required to take the next step and become a far more competitive outfit for the future, therefore we are seeking interested people who would like to take the challenge in helping us achieve our goals.
We have had confirmation from all of our A grade squad that they will be playing again for Smithfield next season along with some promising juniors that have been coming up through the ranks.
There is an excellent mix of experience, youth and talent amongst the current playing group and developing our youth will be paramount for the future.
There are exciting times ahead for our club as we have received backing form our Sports & Social Club to push forward and take a more professional approach. We are very stable financially, we have sponsors lined up and a keen committee to ensure that we fulfill our goals.
Renumeration will be negotiable for the successful applicant according to experience, duties and any other relevant factors.
