Ametuer 8 aside Twenty20 World Championships - Gold Coast

In November 2010 Last Man Stands will be hosting the Last Man Stands World Championships played over a week from the 18 - 24th November on the Gold Coast. Last Man Stands is expecting 50 - 60 teams from 5 countries to be involved in the championships.

First prize is $10 000 for the main event. We will also have a more social "beer" league for the teams that just want to escape for a week and need an excuse to do so and what better way than to play twenty20 cricket while enjoying the Gold Coast.

Winners of thew Adelaide league qualify for free entry into the World Champs in November.

To play in the World Champs your team needs to play in a season of Last Man Stands Twenty20 cricket which will be great fun!

Anyone want to play Twenty20 Last Man Stands cricket? The game lasts for 2h10m and is 8-a-side.

For the Sunday leagues played on the corner of Glen Osmond and Greenhill Road in South Parklands.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON THE 12th JANUARY 2010 and leagues start on the 31st January through to mid to late March.
