"Eagles2014" what a fantastic insight you have in to the SACA Premier cricket comp. predicting a Kensy V Adelaide grand final at least two months ago. You are by far the best and most interesting poster on this site, well done.............................................................................................son.

Didn’t help with the big red head fast bowler Ben Backwardson bowling short and wide to the 2 openers when trying to defend a small total
Someone from TTG has sour grapes [emoji6]

Stinking weekend for the Bulls all senior grades lost!

Thanks for that Ferret, would not go that far though!!

Picking Adelaide to cause an upset and win their first flag for a very long time. As I said, you need four good quicks to win a flag, and these two teams do. Kensington's batting gone off the boil a bit last few games, may just be enough to get Adelaide over the line.

Noticed Jake Brown only bowled 5.2 overs, been struggling with niggles all year, hopefully not injured and just sore as he is vital to their bowling also giving Opie and Grant a rest, Pope will get out most batters from Number 6 down in Grade cricket, they don't have the skill to play him, could be their trump card.

Heard that Brown tweaked a groin! Team mates believe he will play this week but won't bowl.

Any retirements out TTG way? Have had a magnificent run but a few are getting on

Tim Davey stepping down and captaining the 2s and looking over up and coming keeper Cain Ryan.
Adam Somerfield has had interest from multiple clubs willing to pay big $$.

This is what I’ve heard but from a reliable source

Anyone outside of Smith and Brown going to give the Bradman a shake on Wednesday night?

I didn't think he was going to play on this season? (obviously did but just asking if that was true)

That's a shame. Has had a great season

Ben Pengelley?

Breakout First Grade season 500 odd runs and 25 odd wickets.

*these stats are from mycricket and most likely wrong!

Short answer, NO.

Phantom count has Brown on 34, Kelvin on 28, and Winter (ineligible for getting reprimand during season) on 22.

Group of players around 20, mainly allrounders like Pengelly and Kerber.

Brown will have 24 votes after 4 rounds, so nearly impossible to be caught after that!

Funnily enough 20/20 comp runs and wickets don't count for Bradman Medal, however if you receive a sanction in that competition then you are ineligible for the Bradman

That is bit odd. Reckon if Bays thought he could win they would have challenged it.

Like Kensy, got out their big lawyers to get Brown off on technicality as they know he will probably win!

All bullshit aside, it's pretty easy to get through a season of cricket without getting reported, pretty easy to manage a whole career without a report, I was a fair nutcase in my day with the new ball but managed to avoid any.

Bays did challenge it!, however the ambiguous by laws as interpreted by the SACA PC department say he was ineligible.
Initial sanction was a 1 game ban, then realised they made a mistake and changed it to a reprimand.
Same mob that still cant get the 4th grade ladder updated

Fantastic to see the late Greg Patterson get recognised last night at the SACA awards.

Absolute ripper bloke.
