I was told that this is a result of the ball being hit out of the ground and has hit something sharp, this could not possibly happen from tampering on the field without a obvious object. The bays requested a change of ball early on when it first happened but umpires declined. once it started moving around they obviously were happy with it. watch who you take shots at champ

Looks like it must have hit the edge of a sign or something, the umpires can surely have a spell if they don't think this ball was worthy of being changed

On a side note former Redback & Striker Trent Lawford won the Victorian equivalent of the Bradman Medal. Awarded the Most votes in the Ryder medal with a 300 odd run and 60 plus wickets in 17 games.

Doesn't make any sense. They already have Miller and Moran. Last thing they need is another short off spinner.

Their Old boy is a life member of ET and I’m hearing plenty of bad reports from the A grade group at Sturt on Ben Cameron. However he’s almost taken them to a flag so the club would be happy overall.

Also I’ve got pretty strong word that Eichler will take over from Wayne Bambrook as Coach at ET next year.
