Is it you who are too scared to play a final outside your backyard ????

The association executive committee made the decision to play all finals at neutral grounds so no one club could whinge about having to play at a opponents home ground.

And good to see the Cove boys make an appearance at the association presentations tonight too , Great to see them support the association. Disgraceful.

The executive committee were not all involved in the decision, the decision was only made by a few.
Why does neutral games all of a sudden come into it? Cause Noarlunga had a sook.
We will just have to wait and see what happens on the weekend.

Interesting that one grand finalists has 6 players and the other none.

Are the ICC sticking around in the SCA or they just going to concentrate on playing Adelaide Suburban next season with only having rocked up to a handful of games

Also did the association impose any fines/penalties on them for there lack of commitment to completing games ?

And the big question are FLAGSTAFF HILL going to grow some balls and compete in the A grade next season or keep soft cocking it in B grade

Yeh very unusual but probably no real stand outs for cove over the year just everyone chipping in doing their bit. So for a bit of discussion who are going to be the players who stand up to be counted in the big game for the shoes the obvious couple would be t bahr- a great finals player and cricketer and junior who has struggeled a bit against cove this year for cove m thomas back in form and can be very dangerous with bat or ball and have a feeling titts is due for a big score will also be interesting to see how the shoes go against o conner 7 for 50 against them when he last played and he is a massive key for cove

In my opinion not knowing much about the whole comp and going by the team of the year selections and the grand final teams. I would have to say that maybe there is a more talented group at cove but overall noarlunga are more dedicated week in week out!

I agree with no more whinging even though i was part of it . It doesnt matter where the game is played its going to be a belter Noarlunga with 6 of the best 11 cricketers in the comp this year and almost unbeaten would have to be massive favourites against a struggling cove who have just scraped in with no star players standing out with bat or ball the question is can a TEAM OF CHAMPIONS ( NOARLUNGA ) BEAT A CHAMPION TEAM ( COVE )

maybe a little bit of tounge in cheek Shoe boy in all seriousness has the makings to be a great game the 2 best teams going at it. Early wickets are the key for both teams in my opinion .

This is it! Grand Finals.

The winners are

A Noarlunga- they have been the best TEAM all year and when challenged someone stands up! Cove though the best challenger have been a fractured unit and am sure when they are challenged the cracks will widen.

B Noarlunga - Also clearly the best side this year and will win.

C- Kangies just because

16- Flaggies are a more disciplined and focused and will win
14- Flaggies because they play each other.

Cove may have no players in Team Of Year, but in my opinion Mike Thomas must be counted as unlucky to miss.
On the GF's I agree with Shoe Boy on all except one. My tips are:-
A-Grade- Shoes (best side all year)
B-Grade- Porties (won the Semi and can win again)
C-Grade- Kangy
Colts- both flags for Flaggies (for obvious reasons they must win at least one)

My tip is Cove will win they are proven flag winners who can be awesome when they want to.They just have not valued there wickets as much this year however being a grand final they will and will win easy. With blokes like Mick thomas Dion hibberd Darren thomas and Shane comer surely if two or three of these guys fire they will be hard to beat GO THE COBRAS
