That means if Sturt beat SAMCA today (more than likely!), then Sturt will top the group and be joint winners!

They did beat SAMCA today, so looks like they will take the lead with probably country Black who were undefeated going into today.

Great win by the Prossy boys today to finish on a high.
Really should have won 3 from 5 but that's cricket.
Made 126 and held the Bays to about mid 90s.
Was a pretty good carny but I reckon there are some sides stiff not to be able to finish off.
Typical SA weather.

Country Black won so top of their group. Good to see.

Ridiculous weather. According to the website it's still 38.7 degrees now (7:15pm).

yep country black have always had a handy few players but their last few players would let them down. This year a much more even side, well led by bg Tom Hawthorne, who i think this is his 3rd bankSA carnival. Big man child who bowls well and smacks them, played a few games for TTG in U14s but we cant get him to commit to coming and playing.... enjoys playing with his old boy, uncles etc in the country

Did I hear right that a WDCC lad copped 8 weeks for umpire abuse during the BankSA carnival?

Wouldn’t be far off it, that was against TTG.

Kid was given out LBW and called the umpire a few expletives, Fs and Cs involved...... SACA have taken a heavy hand on descent to umpires, i think a few prospect lads copped it early on in the year.

And they certainly can’t afford to lose any A graders for weeks.

Both their A and B grade lost outright last week with 90 odd in the first innings and D grade bowled out for 80 odd I think.

I guess that's one way to gain SACA attention. Talent doesn't seem to do much. As per normal, I didn't see any SACA attendance (scouting) to games - expect for the presentations.
