Stephen Williams between Round 14 1996 and 2003 had 101 wins, 65 losses and a draw. (That is if he didn't miss any matches in this time)

Spell Check - Where does Roy's record sit %wise compared to other leading coaches?
He must be near the top?

Depends on how many season they coached for - Clarkson had a % of 84.09 between 2001 and 2002.
Paul Hamilton had a % of 78.26 in 2000.
Geof Motley had % of 73.02 with Port (1957-1959) and North (1967-1969)

Quiet correct re the lack of draws.
Have ammended spreadsheet formula, here are the updated figures

Ron Fuller	Eagles	7th 151	99	52	0	65.6%
Roy Laird	Central	5th 102	80	22	0	78.4%
Andrew Jarman	North	4th 79	51	27	1	64.6%
Robert Pyman	South	4th 74	30	43	1	40.5%
Mark Mickan	Glenelg	2nd 32	14	17	1	43.8%
Trevor Hill	Norwood	2nd 32	14	18	0	43.8%
Wayne W	West	2nd 32	4	28	0	12.5%
Tim G	Port	2nd 34	15	18	1	44.1%
Rick McGowan	Sturt	1st 12	8	4	0	66.7%

So McGowan has a better % than Fuller. Amazing
