How about when the Budget was first printed (1908?), and when the first games were broadcast on radio and TV (not sure when). Spelly, do you have these answers?

Yeah well I acknowledged that. At the end of the day, where did North finish in the Ardath Cup in 1977? Not in the money, of which we pocketed a cool $50k for our troubles as well as having footage of the game. :wink:

When we win Australian Championships we like to beat Victorian teams :wink: In 1977 we didn't do so well in the Ardath Cup or indeed any games. I think that was the year we lost an internal trial. :lol:

2007's Budgets have Volume 82 on the title, so that would make it 1926 when the Football Budget was first published. The Budget was still produced throughout the War. TV broadcasts would have been at the earliest 1960, as it was September 1959 when the first telecast in Adelaide.

-1995
-1985 was the last year at Unley, then returned in 1998

1906 Tom McKenzie won his third Magarey Medal to bcome the first triple medallist
1922 North Adelaide moved Prospect Oval
1931 Ken Farmer kicked 126 goals which was at the time a new Australian record
