NOt the answer I was looking for
BUT , i will elaborate why its better to take Doubles /Trebles/Quaddies instead of an all up bet

QUADDIES
My favorite TAB bet
The TAB takes out about 20 % for the Quaddie
That's ma$$ive
BUT
That's 20 % for 4 races
That = 5% per each leg
The disadvantage lessens per leg taken

ALLUP BET
Lets imagine the quaddie is on races 4-5-6-7
A punter has an all up win bet on races 4-5-6-7
In each win bet in each race the TAB takes about about 20% , or whatever it is
That = 20% taken out 4 times
The all up bet incorporates a whopping 80% disadvantage

Whats better then ?
The ALL UP or the Quaddie ?
The Quaddie by about 60 %

Also the allup bet on the TAB at blind odds is about the best way to lose punting [in my opinion]
The punter is also hoping the last 3 legs of an all up will be at decent odds

DANUSKA ALL UP/ THE NORWOOD BARRACKING PUNTER
Here is a yarn about a dopey Norwood barracker and what he did at the dogs a few decades ago
$5 all up place bet
He got to the last leg with about $80 on Danuska
It lobbed up there was about to hit the front, got into a tangle and ran 4th
Danuska opened up $1-00 TAB [money back]
Finished running at $1-00 TAB [money back]
THE LAST LEG WENT AROUND TO WIN NOTHING

The moral of this yarn is don't bet all ups into blind unfixed legs[especially for large sums of $$$]
If you do take an all upper do it at fixed odds
At least that way you take a self perceived value bet
Why rely on the vagaries of a lucky dip TAB end divi !

PS
Guess who that dumbo Norwood barracking punter was ....

A similar story:.

Take the same example of Mal's above but suppose the 1.06 leg is on the Sunday with the other 3 games on the Saturday.
You invest 100 at odds of 3.18

The 3 Saturday games all win. woohoo!
What would you do then on Saturday night? Lay off by betting on the other team on Sunday?
