Just a bit of a joke.
My sense of humour is questionable at times.
Hope you backed it.
Don't know if it can get 3200 but it gave every indication that its a mature horse now and looks as though that's the target.
$7.50 ATM for the cup which I reckon is a bit short.
I think the last horse to go the Caulfield/Melb cups was Might And Power.
Was on Doriemus that year when Greg Hall thought he'd nailed it on the post.
Hope I spelt that right.

Ha we were discussing it at the Pub on Sat and my guess was Might & Power, maybe Gurners Lane before that?

As for Saturday, not the worst day on the punt but far from the best .. Having a shithouse run with picking multiple runners for Trifecta's and getting 2 of them home, and yes that included the Cup - Couldn't split Dandino and Fawkner so unfortunately took the former, Craig ******* Williams continues to haunt me!!

I think Ethereal did the Caulfield/Melbourne Cup double in 2001

I missed Demi the whatever in the pick 4 and had fifth and sixth.
Fawkner was my rover.
Williams usually has pretty good spring carnivals apart from last year when I backed him on just about everything.
Wouldn't give up on him.

Call Centre's first 2yo filly "Silver Mint" has now had 2 good jump outs and will be in its first trial next Monday, apparently is showing some ability, be good to see what she does in the trial and hopefully hit the 2yo races coming up!

If you are going to dream, dream big!

Only 5 noms for the opening 2yo race at Morphettville on Sat, hopefully there is a shallow pool in SA this year.

Forgotten Voice has been declared a sure thing today by Jockey Prebble in the Geelong Cup.

Has he put the jinx on it?

Currently $2.50 fixed, opened around $3.70 I think.

Geelong carnival used to be huge, seems to have really dropped away. There were distance races for both the Oaks and Derby aspirants but now the race is combined and they cannot even get a decent field
