No chance of getting surgery? I believe So You Think had similar problem. It's a paralisation of a muscle in the throat that opens and closes to let air through. When is paralysed it doesn't open. They surgery permanently opens the muscle/flap. Doesn't work for all horses but there are different levels of paralisation. As for breeding I believe it's highly likely it's hereditory
That was in the vets report too RT. She's already had one, at the expense of the original owners after we'd purchased her but they've said it's inoperable.
