Not if it gets another butcher ride like it did last year, here's hoping it won't because it's a quality pony

Depending on Brigantin's run on Wed, I'll be having a trifecta including Americain, Dunaden, Red Cadeaux and a couple of others. I got Red Cad at 19 bucks but I really liked the run of Americain, who lost two plates during the run on Saturday.

Same here. If it won, I would've won 1000's instead of 100's. :finga:

Yeh, I gathered that Squids. I think it was 50's with the bookies last year, so my tri would've been multiplied by 2 or 3 if it had won. Also, I had it each way, I think $5, can't recall so that would've been another nice collect.

I don't think Red is running as well as last year but they're giving it a 2.5kg claim on Dunaden from last year's race (Dunaden might be running better than last year!). Red runs the distance, so you have to put it in as an outside chance. I noticed last night its into 11s and 12s on bookies, so getting it at 19s suits me (as long as it wins of course!).

I had a ridiculous amount of trifectas, f4s on basically every horse except for Red Cadeaux. What really pissed me off was the form guide I was reading said it was a good roughy and I didn't act upon it. This year I will make sure to read a little bit more carefully.

I pretty much boxed up anything that had won at the distance last year in my exotics.

That said, I had RC in for second, third or fourth and not first, so the photo was pivotal.
