No you don't. Bets are refunded if a player retires without the match being completed.
That said, if the match does continue, Hewitt is in a good position, which is why I was surprised to see such a huge disparity in the odds on this one pre-game. Long way to go, though.

worth checking your agencies rules and regs, most would refund but betfair wont as more than 1 set has been played(i think)

Good point, Big Al - there are a couple of agencies that still pay out on players who win through opponent's retirements. The vast majority don't as a result of, shall we say, "unusual" retirement after even more "unusual" betting patterns, though.
