Glenn Archer to pass games record for the Kangaroos

Postby hearts on fire » Tue Aug 21, 2007 9:02 pm

Glenn Archer will pass the Kangaroos games record (306 held by Wayne Schimmelbusch) this week against the blues.

Congratulations to Glenn Archer, one of the hardest men to ever play the game. We will never see someone as commited to the contest and be able to take a hard hit as he has done. When he retires, I believe it will be an end of an era and we will never see someone like him for a very long time.

Well done Glenn, all the best for the future

Has he announced his plans for next season yet? Sorry if I have missed it

Great player - the game will be poorer for his retirement, whenever it happens

Is that all you've got Dutchy? Thought you would be crapping on for hours about the Arch.

Perhaps you could organise the Duck to MC a tribute night to the bow and arrow man?
