Works for me after quite a wait and I have the fastest ADSL connection you can currently get, I could imagine that it wouldn't work for people with slower connections and they really should cater for those people like all good web designers do.
Telstra run the site, I admire Essendon for going out alone and having their own website unlike the other clubs and they provide easily the best service to their fans.

A company called cfour writes and runs all the Telstra web sites, and obviously writes them with Internet Explorer specific script. I have to use Firefox to access them because they often won't load in Opera and I get huge lists of script errors in its reporting module. I supect some of these errors are errors rather than just IE specific script and that delays loading while the browser tries to correct for them even if you do use IE.

need ADSL or it doesnt work, it is good as you can get 1/4 by 1/4 highlights within 5 mins of the 1/4 finishing which will be good today for the Roos game

Bigpond are the biggest joke of an internet service provider in the nation but I do understand that its the benefits from having a package with Telstra and getting discounts that ensures they have a good slice of the customer market.

I do agree with your statement about Bigpond. At my old place I was using bigpond. Good forbid if something went wrong. I would have called there tech support but hitting my head against a brick seemed to help more.
