Jon Griffin was dropped earlier this year to have a rest and hasnt been seen since !!!

Has Mummbles cost this young lad an AFL rising star nomination this year ???

I realise he wasnt going to win it but it still would of been great to see him rewarded as he had come a long way before being rested !!!

well i agree BB , thought he should be playing especially as we are short on in size. Both Griffen and Marijc can be used up Fwd. Another brilliant idea by the man as you called Mumbles (perfect).

Should've got one against Richmond.

10 possessions, 5 marks, 13 hit-outs, 2 goals.

Surely worthy of a nomination?

Probably someone who had a better game, but still, he should’ve been rewarded for consistency.

Agreed - show's up the flaw in that system that timing is everything. He wouldn't have won the overall Rising Star but would have been good to get a nomination at least.

He is as good as other guys that have scored a nom this year

Agree Griffen should of won nomination for his performance against the tigers

Let's remember Cameron Wood won his nomination in round 2 for a 5 possession game

3 kicks, 2 H/B, 2 Marks and 11 hit outs against the Saints, his opponent was Rix, not exactly a quality game
