Final Score, West Coast 24. 14. 158 defeated Western Bulldogs 9. 17. 71. West Coast set up the big win with a 7 goal second quarter and 9 goal final quarter. The major goal kickers for the Eagles were Lynch 5, Staker 4, LeCras 3, Embley 2, Judd 2, Hansen 2 and the Doggies only had one multiple goal scorer and that was Tiller with 2 goals. Overall, very disapointing for the doggies and they will have to hope other results fall their way otherwise they could find themselves out of the eight.

Actually, I was thinking of you as LeCras was dominating in the last term.

Anyway, the Dogs won't make the 8. Lack of depth, quality KPP's and players too thin.

Gilbee - prime deliverer inside 50
Grant - only decent defender over 6 foot 2.

With these blokes missing, the Bulldogs were never going to get close in this match. Their backline was miniscule last night.

The problem is their backline is under sized most nights. Teams with more than 1 key forward will tend to pose a problem. Friday night they just couldnt cover Lynch, Staker and Hansen.
