Umpiring again

Last time i put this topic up it went to crap, so ill try again. After the display last night. I would like to ask WTF. Very poor display in my opinion. I honestly think the umpires are confused about the rules. Thats the only explaination at this stage.

Well I could being harsh on the umps at this stage. Maybe more of this should be directed at the rules board.
