Heatbreaking round - who'd be a footy supporter?

1 Tiges blow a 3 goal lead in last 5 minutes + cop a tough umpiring call ... stay 0-9

2 Demons behind all day, stage a late come-back and beaten in the last minute by 1 point ... stay 0-9

Have trouble accepting that both sides are as bad as 0-18 between but that's the footy gods I guess. Tough year for their supporters. I wonder how often 2 teams have remained winless after 9 rounds in same season?

Both teams at home next week against interstate teams so maybe 'rain' not too far away

Neither side is as bad as 0-9. Melbourne especially aren't that bad. They easily could have won 3 or 4 games. There have been much worse sides that haven't started a season 0-9 before.

hate to say this but if the crows become melbournes first scalp 4 the year i will be in hiding ..these games at this time of the year are very suspect 4 the favorite teams as sides like melb and rich have to crack it eventually !!

Tipped them both :?

Didn't see the Richo game, but agree with Dutchy, Dee's would have stolen the game yesterday ... Funny thing is, with 3 minutes to go they should have!

You just know that when a team is down and out and start defending a lead (instead of playing in the manner which got them there) they are going to get overrun.

My first real look at the Kanga's since they played the Hawks earlier in the year, they have some excellent kids and have plenty to look forward to ... Gonna be a sad, sad day when Arch hangs the boots up.

I almost feel proud to have gotten five for the round - damn Collingwood for breaking their run of outs up north, Port for their woeful effort and the Eagles for playing "cough up the footy"!
