He'll play 350, but not too many more. 355 at the max IMO.

What kind of setback is a hammy at that age? You would expect closer to 6 week recovery than the usual 3... Still plenty of time to chalk up the 350, the estimate above of 355 was probably on the money.

No-one could be as bad as Watto mal

As for Harvey absolute champion in every sense of the word and he will get to 350.

I put 'No' just because of the determination of the man. I can't see him playing on for too much longer but Robert Harvey will return to AFL football and be a contributor in the latter stages of this season. It might be a case of St Kilda being finished however.

regards,

REB

Oops! I thought this poll was for 'is he finished'! No wonder the tally is 8 to 1! #-o

Why do we like to herald the end of our champion players so often?

Rubbish them for playing on, say they're too old, etc.

How often will we get to see a dual-Brownlow medalist running around?

I have had the pleasure of meeting him a few times and he is a champion off the field as well.

Hoping he gets back and the Saints lift for him !!!

Simple thing is, is that they are good enough to play, they should play regardless of age. He will come back for 350, but I get the feeling this would be his last year. But if Craig Bradley is anything to go by, who knows?

this will be his last year
give him 5 to recover and he will finish off the year
hopefully his team mates can get him a finals berth
and for the ultimate reward
the saints win the premiership  cant see it happening though
