This kid is going to be a star i reckon. What a stroke of luck for the lad at the start of the year. He has a good grap is mobile can kick a good goal could be the next big thing at the crows.

Yes and no. He's still very raw.. needs a lot of work. However the oppourtunity he's getting can only help him.

It will help the Crows for trade bait in 2 years time.

Started the year as the Crows 5th ruckman but is a real talent. Just dont muscle him up too much.

Was helped tonight starting forward against undersized Tigers backman and getting a few good early touches (and goals). Played really well from then on.

Coorong

the kid does need some muscle, against the Power Brogran man handled him like a rag doll

I like the flexibility he brings to the side, when the Crows recruited him the assessment was, he was a forward that might be able to ruck a bit, so it will be interestng if the crows continue to use Griffen as a back up ruckman / forward or start to develop him more as a tall forward

in a heart beat - McLeod 2-3 years left in him Pavlich 7-8....Mcleod past his best Pavlich in his prime.

Won't happen though unless Pavlich walks out on Freo (highly unlikely) he is off limits during trade week

Then you've got no soul. McLeod is probably the best player to ever pull on boots for the Crows and has been a major contributor to the clubs success. To just trade him away because he has only a few more years left would be to undermine the morale and fabric of the club.

Maybe thats part of the reason that your respective SANFL teams are not performing - they look at things much the same way.

Doggies4eva it is a moot point because it won't happen. Mcloeds knee problems are known to everyone in the AFL so he has no relative trade value. No club would seriously consider a trade involving McLoed because they know he has a limited shelf life as an AFL footballer.

Only way he will play AFL footy for another club is if the Crows delist him and h is picked up for nothing in the PSD.
