The Sarge and The Glove

Watching the Crows I noticed that for his first shot at goal Ian Perrie DID NOT remove his glove, result missed. The next two shots he had for goal, first thing he DID was remove the glove, and what do know, both straight as an arrow. All three were set shots and non that much harder than the rest.
Is this the key for the man with bad goalkicking and increasingly important role for the Crows?

Ive always wondered- u know how when some players line up for goal and throw there glove away e.g. quentin lynch, what wud happen if an opposition player went and picked it up and threw it in the crowd or put it in his sock or something similar??? wud the umpires have any say in this?

Interestingly, I reakon the close ups of his face tell you the confidence he has for the kick. But is a great and valuable player for the Crows
