Gibson - no real suprise
Skippy - Good chance to get picked up in the pre-season draft
Obst - Little bit of a suprise, only because the crows don't usually de-list drafted players after one year
I am not sure if their is more to come but I am assuming Welsh has agreed to an incentive based agreement and I am happy both Hinge and Jericho get another year to develop and impress, but the pressure will be on them to start preforming

Didnt the AFC said there was some interest in skippy during trade week but no appropiate deal was put forward? if so wouldnt any deal be better than just delisting him?

Im pretty sure they have delisted him before and picked him back up, so he was on base salary. I thinks that he wont have this happen again. Obst may be rookie listed I would suggest.

pretty confident now of Skippy going to Kangas in PSD - we have 7 spaces with only 5 draft selections leaving 2 spots for the PSD. Edwards from WCE is training with Roos at the moment so would say him and SKippy.
AS for Obst dont all draftees get a 2 year contract minimum? or is that just the first round?
Jericho, watch him play blinders in the NAB cup and then do nuthin....joke keeping him

THAT is what I cannot understand. Heck, even a pick in the 60's in better than nothing.
Once again, the Crows fail in the trading/draft period.

to answer your question, we do not know if an offer was put on the table, maybe the Kanga's knew could get him in the pre-season draft so they did not put forward an offer, why give up a 3rd round draft choice if you can get him for a pre-season draft choice
the other thing to remember, in any negotiations it's about win-win, and you need to be prepared to walk away

trades are win-win, my point! but as far as i can see what have the crows only lost by not trading him for something/anything? maybe im in a different world???

and why would the AFC come out and say there was interest in him but a deal couldnt be done if there wasnt?
