Crows - Pre season training

Crows to return in two groups

Adelaide players will start pre-season training on two different dates next month, with the newer players back on November 16.

Many Crows are now spread across Australia and overseas but players who have been at the club for one or two years will be back at West Lakes in four weeks to prepare for the 2007 season.

Nathan van Berlo, Richard Douglas and Jason Porplyzia will be among the first dozen players back on the training track.

And the rest of the squad should return the following Thursday (November 23). Senior players will be given additional days off during the pre-season period.

Adelaide will again hold a pre-season training camp at Strathalbyn, from December 18-20. The group’s Christmas break starts on December 21 and ends on January 3.

I still cant beleive they were not prepared to give Ben Hart at least one more year when they are prepared to release a statement that says they will give senior players a rest during preseason !!!

 :x  :?
It is what it is !!!

I don't care what they do during the pre-season as long as they work on getting more speed in the midfield group and develop a tall marking forward out of one of Meesen or Gibson or anyone else 6'4" and above
