Yeah something going on there, either that or Port have a player in mind for the draft. Something is up though and I reckon Pete might be bit of a problem.

Weighed way Sydney get the Ruckman now.

Lol, we havent missed a flag in each decade since the 50's its not about to start now, will be back in the 8 next year if we dont have any injuries, we have no depth but our best 22 is top 8

Hawks are going nowhere until they commit to a rebuild. Years of pain. They might be a sneaky chance come 2029.

Sam Hayes, been telling you for a couple of years now, is already a gun and will be at AFL level when he gets is opportunity. Port will forget Ladhams pretty quickly

Hasn't he had an absolute shocker, how the hell did he get a job talking trades

At least he cut Georgiades some slack for not laying any tackles in the prelim.

Sydney win the deal, but, clearly we needed to get rid of the $400k next year. Not sure why, was under the impression we were in a good spot with the cap, perhaps this takes us from a good spot to a really good spot to hit a bigger target next year or lock away some of the young guns we've got who will be commanding bigger deals next time around.

Where’s the money gone?
You have been paying well under the cap for a couple of years and had a pot of gold put aside for Merrett.
Perhaps keeping it for when Butters, Rozee etc need a big pay rise

Rozee, Houston, Amon, Butters, Drew, Duursma, Marshall and Burton are all out of contract at the end of 22, Aliir and Fantasia coming in would have taken up a bit ( they'd both be above average wages ) and the most important one for mine, Georgiades, he's out of contract end of '23, I think he'll be the one we invest heavily in over the next 18 months to lock him away. Kid could be anything.

One of the AFL stooge journo's was saying how Dawson had been elite for about 10 weeks this year and next years Melbourne first rounder was unders for him. Yeah, I know!

Well played sir. I thought I was the only one in this boat. Admittedly, I'm not sure if I even seen a Swans game this season.

I'm the same. Never knew he existed until he nominated the Crows. Mind you I don't watch Sydney as a rule. Awful team to watch.

We need Wubbsy's opinion on this... he's an authority on circumstances where the swans have been robbed (or not).

Your loss .... Sydney were good to watch this year. The first thing you'll notice with Dawson is his elite kicking, which will set him apart from most Adelaide mids.

It was pleasing to see their improved score lines.

I'm very time poor on the weekends so getting Kayo was quite redundant, I'd umpire 2-3 games each Saturday and then watch 2-3 kids games on Sunday so I'm generally all footballed out.
