In my opinion they need a "reset" not a rebuild

have to phase out Motlop Gray Jonas Boak Dixon ( I have good mail Dixon is gone to GC)

That will leave Rozee Butters Duursma Wines Georgiades etc in their prime in 3/4 years time ready for a serious assault on a prelim loss to Carlton as they go back to back to back and Sam Walsh gets a statue outside the G

Yep reckon this is spot on

An amazing performance to cope with all the travelling and play so well tonight. Then again, we love being underdogs and coming from behind... true Doggie style!
Week off will serve you well, makes the GF a true 50/50 now.

Maybe, if it was 1979.
Bless the Sheik though, he would have been an avid listener tonight if he was still around.

Don't worry. RB will post a summary when they're done.

Tredders on 5 Double Crow: They've gotta make some tough calls.
RB: Um the coach?
Caller: 10 years with one man in charge. Our list is great. Is it time for a change?
Tredders: It's between the ears
Drunken caller: Don't mean to be emotional, but we were the best team all year, you just gotta put your head over it
Crows supporter caller: Best night ever, you guys already were in the GF in your heads, Kenny is the gift that keeps on giving
Caller: Against an unfit Bont and banged-up Dogs, you guys were terrible. Rozee had been smoking bongs out of his arse. If Kenny had any respect, he'd resign tonight.
Timmy: Thanks for that
(Then a few boring callers)
Caller: The coaching staff have to cop a bit
Tredders: The club have failed in a few big games
Wildy: wHeRe DoEs ThAt LeAvE cHrIs ScOtT
Tredders: The execution is what cost them
Boak: It was our worst performance of the year
Tredders: That's great leadership
Timmy: Seeya Boaky

Caller: I’m devastated. But it’s not Kenny’s fault. I blame Nicola Spurrier and Steven Marshmellow. Only twenty-six and a half thousand allowed! I was also unhappy at all our supporters leaving early. I’d already bought my ticket to Perth!
Wildy: Can you get your money back?
Caller: Yeah nah probably not
Caller: Didn’t get our first centre clearance till the 4th quarter. That’s just planning. You can’t back Ken in for another year. Alright, you can give him another year.
Tredders: I think Butters is the answer for the midfield. They need to evolve the list. Next year is an important year for Kenny. They need to make the GF. Then if they don’t, they’ve got a decision to make.
RB: He’s been there for 9 years but OK

Dogs just outstanding, Beveridge is an outstanding coach, don't tell me there is that much between those 2 teams. Kenny likes to stick to the same game plan and structures for every opponent, makes it very easy to coach against, you need to adapt in this game.

End of the day the 2 teams with the best midfield depth have made the GF, Port need to bat deeper than Boak and Wines.

Dont care who wins it from here, but would like to see Melbourne break the drought.

Port looked legitimately scared last night. Players treated the ball like a hot potato and flicked it to someone else to do the work for them.
Finally a coach made Alirr accountable and he couldn't go 3rd up.
They need to make the call on Dixon and move him on. Also finally play rozee as a permanent mid
