Hawks I can understand because we are ordinary too but the Saints should cream GWS

Saints missing a heap I believe, especially talls? Haven't paid much attention yet, feels too early.

Port to go back to back atop the ladder all season? They should have the healthiest percentage after R1

its a rarity, but I think, given the lack of depth in the competition, that this year is simply set up for Geelong to win.
they will get a nice little trial on saturday to build the confidence

Tough season ahead for the Hawks I fear, but its great to have the footy back, even better the prospect of getting to a game or 2....

Hmm... not sure about that, hope you are correct Jim,

We are moving home after Easter... I think I have the Hawks Vs Dee's game as our first in attendance game for the year.... avoiding Easter Monday when we will get pumped, and daughter (Cats fan) can give me shyte!

Anzac day for me I am going to watch Bundoora Bulls (I think Gary Moorcroft has finally hung the boots up) play Whittlesea..... Just a short tram ride from my new joint. The Bulls are my local footy club, Better show my support.

I noted on the AFL site that he was wearing guernsey "0" too. Novel!

Yeh, he won a spot on our rookie list after kicking 2 goals in a trial game not that long ago. I believe has a place because of C Curnow who is on the long term injury list.

I don't mind him being on the rookie list because he can play forward and back in case of more injuries. In saying that, I hope he doesn't play because that will mean we're all available.
