But 5 years from now when you're backed up you'd do anything for a movement. Things change, don't they?

Never had that issue and doubt I ever will. So no, not for me.

Glenn Archer, who did nothing wrong apparently, has been charged by police.

Is the charge heroism?

Listening to SEN this morning and the Roo's were the topic of discussion, with a good mix of callers (Roo fans).

Most seemed to be firmly entrenched in Scott's corner, arguing the rebuild was needed, and he had taken the club to 2 Prelim's that they had no right to make with the list they had.

Others bemoaned their decline since, the loss of Harvey (not the others) and their lack of faith in Scott etc.

Without having as good a handle on what happens at Arden St as North supporters would, I would have kept Harvey (but none of the other 3) for at least another season. However, that's been and gone and I think North have showed some fair development this season, albeit it's not positively reflected in the W/L column yet.

How do the North fans on here feel about it? Personnel-wise, who/what do North need moving forward? How long do you persist with Daw? How hard to go you at trades as opposed to adding through the Draft(s)?

Still way too early in the post Harvey era IMO.

Scott deserves more time with this group, its not even 12 months without the senior players and Im pretty comfortable with the solid footy we are playing without winning. Losing by 2-3 goals doesn't concern me too much as I can see what he is trying to do, if we were getting beaten like Brisbane Id be more concerned.

We are playing pretty attacking footy which exposes you in the back half so I like that we are going down a different path to Carlton who are all out defence.

Majak needs to play every game for the rest of the season and if there is no further improvement Im not sure you persist with him.

No doubt the club is after a big signing, unlike other clubs it now has the financial power to do it, that's the massive challenge now, get a signature...that will provide enormous confidence to everyone involved int he club and I believe we can push up pretty quick from there.

The big question for North will be whether you target a marquee signing in Kelly or Martin.

My opinion- from what I saw today, North's inside stocks, Cunnington aside, are absolutely woeful. Kelly, whilst a gun wouldn't be what is needed. It is Martin or to the draft for mine.

If North hang on to (what I suspect will be) pick 2- counting on they continue their current trajectory for the remainder of the TAC season, one of Cam Rayner/Luke Davies-Uniacke would be odds on to end up at Arden st.

Target whoever they want, they've got to sell 5 years of no finals to anyone who listens though.

What's puzzled me of late, is how has B.Scott become a coaching option for other clubs when his own club is sitting at 17th on the ladder.

What puzzles me is that B Scott is a coach.

Maybe have a look at his record with the lists he's had.
2 prelims in the last 4 years with ordinary sides, only Clarkson, Beveridge & Longmire have done better in that time.
As for this season, there was always going to be pain with over 1300 games of experience no longer there & numerous kids being blooded. What wasn't expected was so many close losses & a poor run with injury again (7 missing from our best 22 yesterday).
The bloke can coach.

You're 17th... That's the only fact you need. Let Brisbane do you a favour and take him

So we're only judging Scott on 17 games this season and he should go to Brisbane & takeover from a bloke who's been in charge for less than a year?
Yep, real smart.

I'm judging him not only on this year, but his poor list management skills.
